The house is on a cul-de-sac in Auckland’s central yet quiet suburb of Waterview and offers off-street parking. The furnished room is private with its own bathroom. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. An excellent indoor-outdoor flow provides easy access to the sunny, secluded garden. Off-street parking is available. The area has walks and cycleways; Pt Chevalier Beach and the shopping centre are nearby. Unitec is within walking distance, and the buses to the city centre leave every ten minutes from just up the road.
