Professional female flatmate wanted for room in large house in Whalers Gate, New Plymouth. Close to supermarket and cafe, easy drive to town, Non-smoker, no pets. Must be clean, tidy and quiet. Short or long term is fine. Room is partially furnished but can be unfurnished if desired. Rent includes power and internet, and is payable 4 weeks in advance (no bond required). Room is available from 1 July 2023.

The house is shared with the owner and a couple of other flatmates who generally tend to keep to themselves.
