Must love dogs :) Kia ora! I am looking for roomies to join me and my dog in my lovely house close to Karori park, Makara mountain bike park and skyline walkway.

Transport and amenities: 3 minute walk to the bus stop and a dairy, 5 minutes drive to the Karori shops.

One large double room ($300) and one smaller double room ($250) available (still fits a queen size bed). Ideally I’d like to fill the large room long term and use the smaller room as a short term rental/spare room/shared office.

Bedroom photos are indicative, rooms will be unfurnished. Shared areas furnished. The bedroom have built in wardrobes. I have some spare drawers if needed. More storage in hall cupboards and basement.

Open plan kitchen and living area and a big garden with deck that gets lots of sun in the summer. Dining area to side of living room.

House is double glazed and insulated with electric heating. Private with bushy outlook.

Off street parking for one car, basement storage for bikes etc

I’m a 39 year old public servant who likes the outdoors, music, and yoga. I’m a moderately social introvert. I like to have people over once a month or so and go out but also like having quiet time.

Happy to share cooking if that suits.

You’d be most welcome to have people over, it’s your home too!

My dog is just over two years old, knee height and VERY enthusiastic about everything. She doesn’t shed.
