We have a room available in sunny Northland from end of July for a couple or single!

The house gets incredible afternoon sun, is super warm (ceiling, wall and underfloor insulation), has a DVS system, and has the most amazing deck (with a stunning view) for BBQs and drinks. It’s a 30min walk to town, or a short bus trip from the stop just down the road. Close to heaps of running / walking trails on Te Ahumairangi Hill and Wilton and we get constant visits from native birds in Zealandia.

The room available fits a king bed and drawers or a desk and has an inbuilt double wardrobe. Has lovely big windows for sun throughout the day. Key info:

• Rent is $300pw for a single or $380 for a couple
• Bond is 4 weeks rent
• Bills split as they come in, usually 20pw
• New tenant to sign onto tenancy agreement
• Pets negotiable with landlord but not suitable for dogs as not fully fenced and we already have a cat
• Move in 24 July
• Existing flatmate can sell bed, mattress, and drawers if you want (so can come furnished if needed)
• Flat already has most things you’d need including washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher

You’ll be living with two yo-pros in their 20s who both work full time (law and engineering) and mostly do their own thing but also enjoy catching up over a shared meal. Also resident is a lazy 12yo cat who enjoys attention and sitting in the sun.
