About the flat:

Our unit is located at the end of a shared driveway. We have 3 carparks available so there will be one per room. Within the flat we have a heat pump in the lounge plus a washer and dryer for laundry. Our flat is right behind Sylvia Park, a 10 minute drive to Middlemore hospital and we have easy access to the motorway. We are also a 12 minute drive from New Market Westfield. There are also several gyms within a 10 minute drive of our flat, including City Fitness.

About the room:

Room 2 - This room is perfect for a couple or for one person who wants some extra room. It gets a great amount of sunlight and has a good sized wardrobe. No furniture is included. Available 30 June 2023.

The rent is $360 weekly for one person (including utilities) OR $400 weekly for a couple (including utilities We are open to negotiation
