⚡️ Details ⚡️ -Single sized room, but fits queen bed, and drawers easily. Has a closet with good storage. -Rent is $190 for the room, power (capped at $200) water and unlimited wifi incl. Two weeks rent as bond.

-Absolutely no couples, kids or animals as per landlords rules. And you will need to sign a roommate agreement upon moving in.
-We are looking for someone tidy (aka cleans up after themselves and participates in common area cleaning) respectful and pays rent on time. Semi social flat, few odd drinks here and there but not a party home. We enjoy being able to come home to relax and de stress.
Smoking allowed outside.
About the roomies
-You would be living with the head tenant (F) and another flatmate (M) both in their 20s.(Male is here for temporary stay)
