Very central, no longer than five minutes to supermarkets, bus stops, petrol stations and motorway etc. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other flat mate. Rent is $200.00 per week, bills are approx $20.00 per week. On and off street parking available. Seperate large office area which is ideal if you work from home.
