Looking for a new solo roommate or couple to move into this beautiful Wadestown room with its own Private sunroom/work room. We are moving overseas so we are selling our bed, mattress, and even our practically brand new sheets/comforter for a really low price. Bus stop is literally right outside the house and just a 15 minute ride to the CBD. Also a massive back yard and plenty of storage. Rent is payed weekly and lease is month to month.

Roommates are a group of young professionals all in mid-twenties (2 singles, 1 couple). Really great atmosphere with lots of shared movie nights (or doing your own thing!) Everyone is really easy to get along with and the couple has 2 cats that are very friendly and are pretty much always kept in their room or are outside.
