The communal areas (kitchen and lounge) are fully equipped - you just need your own bedding and personal items.

The area is quiet and safe, with primary schools and parks around the house. It is very close to a number of primary bus routes and a quick drive to the city. Walking distance to the nearest supermarket. Plenty of on street parking available. A short drive to the university.
