Karl's room

I have a large unfurnished upstairs room (with large fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom) available to a grown-up person (or maybe a couple) in a shared house. It’s a quiet spot very close to the Northcross shops on East Coast Road, just up the hill from Browns Bay. The kitchen, lounge and dining area are shared spaces and there is a large garage if you need to store stuff. There’s also a large deck at the back of the house which is a great place to relax (if it’s not raining).

If you’re a mature person(s) who likes a tidy place to live and doesn’t mind cleaning up behind yourself then let’s talk. If you’re a party animal then this isn’t for you. The room would suit a working person looking for someone close to work.
