About the room

Looking for a new place to call home? We are after someone to join our homey and sunny Mount Eden villa ASAP.

🏑 THE FLAT: We’re a lil bit obsessed with this place. All communal areas are fully furnished – it has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, massive lounge, kitchen, washer & dryer, and wrap around undercover deck we use to have the occasional mimosa in the sun. πŸ“Œ THE LOCATION: Couldn’t be more ideal tbh - which is part of the reason why I’ve lived here for 6 years. Situated right at the summit of Mount Eden, there are bus stops to the city right outside, great local coffee, parks, bottle stores, dairies, as well as a 7min walk to the Powerstation. On-street parking is available right outside. πŸ›Œ THE ROOM: The room is $215 p/w. It can easily fit a queen bed, bedside tables, and a TV cabinet and desk. Comes unfurnished. Featuring cute double french doors that get the afternoon sun. πŸ’Έ THE ADMIN:

  • Rent is $215 p/w + $765 bond
  • Ideal flattie is someone working 9-5 in their mid-20s to early 30s who pays rent on time, cleans up after themselves and loves a game of Monopoly Deal. πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘¦β€πŸ‘¦ THE FLATTIES: Current flatmates are 3 boys aged twenty to twenty five. We’re easy-going, tidy individuals who like to hang out occasionally for movie & home made pizza nights but also lead individual lives. We are looking for someone epic who can slot straight into our flat family. Not a party flat. If you’re keen on a viewing please message me a bit about yourself so we can arrange a time.

About the roomies

Sean, Keani and Saad are all very clean and tidy and keep to themselves but don’t mind a movie night or social evening on the weekends. Saad is a chef, Sean works in marketing and Keani is studying painting in art school at UoA.
