Rent is $240 per week and additional bills (power and internet, ~$30-40/week) are split. The room would suit a single person. You’d have the option of two rooms that are roughly the same size. Included are photos from one of them. The third room is currently used as a spare bedroom/office. The house is fully furnished but you have the option of furnishing the bedroom. The house is walking distance to most amenities including bus stop (<5 min), Paraparaumu train station and Coastlands shopping centre (<20min). You’ll be flatting with one other flatmate and her dog.
