Sarah's room

Single room furnished with single bed, desk, drawers, wardrobe. The house is next to a bus stop to the city universities and Unitec. It is also walking distance to the supermarket, cafes, and beach. There is a sunny garden to enjoy on fine days, and a fire in the living room for cold nights.

Sharing the house with female owner and one well behaved dog. I will be starting a PhD in February and will also be working part-time. I enjoy cooking and often share meals or a glass of wine with my flatmate, but also respect the fact that people need time to themselves.
