Yveline's room

A room has become available at our sunny 3-storey townhouse. We’re in a secure, gated complex in a superb location near central Newmarket, Grafton, and Parnell.

The room is one of two rooms on the third floor and has a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of room for storage. You will share a bathroom with one other clean flatmate. On the middle floor is the kitchen, living room, and sunny balcony with a spectacular view. Our other flatmate’s bedroom is on the ground floor.

The available room is unfurnished and is approximately 2.8m x 3.4m (not including the large built-in wardrobe). Due to the size of our stairwells, the maximum bed size for the room is a double bed.

There is 1 x secure parking space available for our new flatmate.

There are two current flatmates. We are both friendly types and easy to get along with. We clean up after ourselves when cooking and always leave the common areas tidy. We’re both busy people and have our own schedules, but we enjoy catching up for a dinner from time to time Our ideal flatmate is someone who has similar traits and enjoys living in a quiet and tidy environment. This isn’t a party house.
