Spacious double room available in new, warm home in Lake Hayes Estate. Comes with a king sized new bed for $500 or unfurnished if you have your own. You’ll have your own bathroom and toilet and shared use of a spare room with adjustable desk and bed for guests. Home gym equipment available too and storage for sports gear.

The house is well insulated and heating runs on reticulated gas so super warm. Plenty of parking in the driveway and cover provided for your car. Location is great as it’s 10 minutes to Arrowtown and Frankton and 20 mins to town.

You’ll be sharing with one 40 year old single working female who works full time and out a lot with friends, sports and activities. Loves to cook when I’m at home and watch a decent series.
