The house is brand new, double glazing & insulated, with 2 decks, open plan kitchen and nice outdoor area. House Features: Furnished Sunny Safe and Quiet Neighborhood. The Airport & Middlemore Hospital are close by.

Owner is mature and respectful, sometimes funny sometimes funnier. Can be at work for long days. Looking for someone to treat the home as their own. Other flatmate is a male in his 30’s.
