Karyn's room

The room is cosy warm,clean with Queen bed comfortable all bedding supplied ,has drawers ,fully furnished my home is not modern but so cozy clean totally comfortable and safe.I live close to beach,cafes,close to town walking time 25 minutes but close to bus stop.food not included.I have put rent up for winter to include heater costs.

It’s just me inside I work 4 /5 days days a week,I’m pretty cruisey as long as you clean up after your self.. like music and have a sense of humor ..don’t party but like a wine or beer and the end of the work day I also have a dog and a cat my fur babies.Must like animals..friendly house..I m really looking for a working female but open to the right male or right couples. I had the most amazing Argentinian couple for a few weeks sadly they left to seek work in Auckland.3 mths is what I put as maximum stay but open to discussion if everyone happy 😁 UPDATE ..just about to say goodbye to another amazing roomie who has lived with me for the past 5 months sadly she is moving into her own rental so room so will be available in couple of weeks
