Sunny double-bedroom available close to Northland shops, the Botanic Gardens and Wellington CBD.

The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished and has all of the mod-cons, including smart TV, heat pump, gas hot water, combo washer-dryer and BBQ.

There’s plenty of storage in the shed and garage. Plus another garage is available for rent, if you want to park a car or store extra stuff. Lots of on-street parking.

Looking for an individual or couple in their 30s (approx). Clean, tidy, reliable, friendly.

Rent includes most expenses, but internet and power are extra (split as the bill comes in). Couples are an extra $50/w.
