David's room

Our flatmate is jumping the ditch to Australia and her room is now available.

A lovely sunny double room on the second floor with a large wardrobe and a shared en-suite bathroom (en-suite connects the next door rooms).

Downstairs there’s a massive lounge with 65 inch tv and a fireplace, dining area and kitchen. We have two fridge freezers and loads of storage space so keeping groceries won’t be a problem. We also have a washing machine and heat pump dryer. There are 5 other people in the flat (two of which are couples) all very interesting, kind and considerate people. We are a social bunch but are very respectful if that’s not your vibe.

$210 a week not including bills. Three Kings 3 minute walk to countdown / city fitness No couples please, and looking for under 35s.

Two friendly couples, very social and considerate. Generally spend time together chatting or eating.
