We are on the hunt for an awesome flatmate for our lovely home. It’s very important for us to have the right fit. We are 3 professional full-time workers with very busy lives. We are looking for a mind-conscious human being with a similar lifestyle. Ideally 30+ years old. We’re a friendly bunch who love a yarn and the occasional chat but we are definitely not a party flat.

We like to keep the house tidy and clean. We have a roster for the main living spaces that rotates weekly around the flatties.

The house is two stories so it is pretty big and has an amazing kitchen and living space. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two others.

The room itself is located upstairs it is very spacious and it has a balcony, plus it gets lots of mid-day sunlight. Plenty of on-street parking is available.

Bond: 3 weeks Rent: $265 + Expenses (Split evenly among flatties monthly) Move-in Date: Sunday 8th July onwards
