Young professional/student wanted to share 4 bedroom house (built 1999) with one female (19).

Double room, furnished and includes power, gas and WiFi. Food and cooking is at own expense.

Rent is $150 per week and bond is 2 weeks paid in advance. References are required. Room is available now.

Parking is on a quite dead end Street, which is well lit and covered by security cameras from our place and neighbours. Public transport is a short walk away (<5mins).

No pets or smoking. The house already as a cat.

The main occupant is a female (19) student studying fashion and working part time.
