The house is open plan with kitchen and living area leading to two large decks that overlook the bush with glimpses of the ocean. It is spacious and light with large glass windows.

Fully furnished with large pantries and fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The available room is clean and carpeted, with large built-in robes, a single bed and bedside table (if wanted). The room is approx. 3.80 X 2.80 metres. Bathroom nearby and separate toilet.

There is on street parking. The weekly rent covers water, electricity, and internet.

A flatmate is wanted who is respectful and who is happy to share a house with two kids and a dog who stay at the property every other week.

Would suit someone who is independent but doesn’t mind sharing space with a family every once and a while. No smokers please. Pets negotiable, no smokers.
