Looking for a comfortable, quiet, and convenient spot in Auckland’s city fringe? We’ve got one fantastic exclusive big double bedroom available in our modern, standalone family home – just a 3-minute walk from Westfield St Lukes Shopping Mall and close to public transport. It’s an easy bus ride to the city center, just 15 minutes away with bus around the corneer!

Large Double Room (Upstairs) – Female Only Fully furnished with a double/queen size bed, mattress, desk, chair, internal wardrobe.

Light/simple cooking preferred.

Very safe, friendly, and peaceful environment with a lovely green reserve behind the house – ideal for relaxation- Rent: $260 per week, includes utilities (water, power and unlimited fiber internet). Existing flatmates: One 26-year old girl from Japan, professional. We are Chinese Kiwis owing the house for 20 years.

There will be 5 people in total living in the house, including us, the homeowners.
