• Large double room for $320 for a couple excluding bills.
• Smaller room for $210 excluding bills.

Move-in costs: 2 weeks’ rent as a bond and 2 weeks’ rent in advance. General house amenities (loo paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.) & bills shared.

✨ The living areas will be fully furnished, including a washing machine, dryer, heat pump, HRV system, and even a projector in the lounge for movie nights! ✨ Rooms come unfurnished ✨ Large spacious backyard ✨ Both off-street (on the driveway) and plenty of on-street parking Ideal flatmate: 20s/30s with similar interests, clean, and who works full time, ideally looking for a home long term.
