Great room, comes with nearly everything. Desk, mattress, clothes drawers, clothing rack just needs a bed base. Aswell as the rooms personal ensuite with shower and toilet. Great location 10 minutes walk from the octagon and 5 minute walk from bus stops. The house has a log burner and full kitchen which is great as the power and wifi bill is super cheap as a result and only averages out to be $20 per month.

I have recently moved back to Wellington. The roommates are all 4th year students studying law, marketing and a mix of other degrees. It is by no means a party flat as everyone is focused on studying and completing their degrees this year, but are not against socialising at the end of a hard day.
