4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house. Very clean and modern house located around Botany Downs, with quick access everything to you’d need. Looking for 1 more roomie, to fill a spacious bedroom. Unfurnished, however a bed can be arranged if required. All household utensils and utilities available.

We are currently two roomies, working professionals aged mid 20s, Male. Ideally looking for somebody who is easy going, likes to do their own thing but down for a occasional yarn or outing here and there. We live like a family and are very clean and respectful of privacy.
