Spacious, sunny room with a view overlooking the sea! Fully furnished private room with ensuite and walk-in closet. Linens available. Newly painted and situated in a well-appointed contemporary home in Island Bay near the Beach House Cafe. Parking spot out front. The house is a real haven and tranquil respite. The location affords easy access to transport (directly on a bus line) and shops in Island Bay, with South Coast walks, dolphins, and sunsets directly out front! Monthly bill includes power, wifi, cleaning supplies, rubbish bags will be between $65 (summer) to $100 (winter)/mo.

To be shared with one other person (myself: an academic and artist) and two friendly cats. Like you, I am quiet, considerate, and tidy. I typically work from home where I am up early and early to bed. Occasional guests are fine, but looking for single tenant (no couples).
