Self contained and close to bus route, Lyttelton, Sumner beach, 12 minutes from central city by car. Fully insulated. Power and internet included. Easy to warm even on the coldest winter days. For rent from now for a minimum of 3 months or stay as long as you like! A small verandah with stunning views of the valley + a secluded patio, covered washing line and upstairs laundry. There’s a shower shed & separate compost toilet outside, right next to the cabin. Furnished kitchenette with small fridge, multi function oven, induction hot plate, food prep area with cutlery, plates etc . Amazing scenic spot.. Shared washing machine in the upstairs laundry. The cabin is made of locally grown, sustainably harvested + milled cedar wood - chemical free. It is a small one room cabin (3.75 m x 2.55 m). Would suit singles. This gorgeous, warm cabin will go fast! About the main house: Two of us live in the main house on the hill above. We love nature and the beautiful valley, walking our two small dogs on nearby beaches, chilling in the valley and being outdoors. We’re looking for a friendly and clean roomie for our cabin for a minimum of 3 months or as long as you like to stay 🙂
