Room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair and large wardrobe. House has all the things you need: washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, TV. Stay in a lovely 3 person flat in Eden Terrace, just a 10-15 minute bus away from the CBD (or a 25 minute walk if you want to get your steps in!)

I’m subletting my room for about 10 months as I will be going on a uni exchange later this year. You’ll be staying with two other females (19-20 yrs), currently second year students at UoA. We all tend to do our own thing, and like to keep the flat nice and tidy. We have quite a few cats in our neighborhood, so we often get a pleasant surprise when one wants to come in and say hi!
