A room available in this beautiful three bedroom, home vibes, flat in Khandallah. Looking for someone who enjoys a whānau like flat (regardless of actual relatedness), and enjoys relaxed evenings the majority of the time.

Rent is $250 plus expenses, and the room is already available. It is a medium sized room (3.6 x 3.4m) and has a built in wardrobe and is located in the quietist corner of the flat. There is an amazing Kitchen with a big fridge, a big lounge area, and wooden floors throughout, except carpet in the bedroom. We have just taken over this property and are yet to furnish the main living area, so you are welcome to add your own twist. There is a large deck if you enjoy an outdoor kai or bit of entertaining. It has a greenhouse if you’re into those farm to table vibes, one flatmate has the intention to start use of it but not sure they have the follow through just yet.

Number 24 bus stop is directly outside and 20 min walk to supermarket or Kandallah train station. Plenty of parking on street parking available. Flick me a message with a little about yourself and we will organise a viewing. We look forward to meeting you!

brother (29; salsa dancer in his off time) and sister (25; artist in her off time), both working full time. We both love board games and kai, and enjoy a relaxed home environment, with occasional socialising. One flatmate from time to time enjoys hosting dinner parties, and both are a big fan of board games.
