Max's room

Hey my room in Dunedin is becoming available soon! It’s 160 + 30 (for utilities and flat stuff) pw for TWO rooms! I’m moving out of my flat in Calton hill at the end of July so have a couple of rooms available. The lease ends in feb next year with the possibility of it being extended. It’s a lovely spacious house with big front and back yard, plenty of storage including a shed to lock a bike in. Located just up the road from the Caversham shops which has almost all you need (a night n day, great grocery shop, pub, cafe, bottle shop, ‘the bowling club’ which does delicious $4 meals 3 days a week). There’s a bus stop right out the front of the house which gets you to town in 15 minutes and plenty of parking down the driveway or on the street. The house is all set up in the way of appliances, kitchen stuff etc. There are a couple heat pumps throughout house and a pellet fire in the main living area. It has one bathroom including and bath, as well as an extra toilet out the back. The bedroom’s medium sized, plenty big enough for a queen, clothes storage, bookcase etc. You’ll also get an extra room to use however you want- perfect as a study/ reading room/ gaming room/ yoga studio or you could even make into a wee lounge area, and it gets lots of sun! I’m in the process of selling my things, but if I lock someone in before I’ve sold my bed and clothes rack I’ll happily sell them to you pretty cheap. I’m hoping to get someone to move in as close to July 26th as possible, and there’s plenty of space to move things into the house before hand if you need. You’ll be flatting with 3 others, Matt and Neve who share a room, and Joseph- they’re in their mid to late 20s, work full time and are a very chill bunch.
