Kepa Road

Hi guys, new flatmate required as my current one has headed off to travel the world.

This is for the extra (nicer) room available in my apartment in Mission Bay (Kepa Rd) available July 3rd onwards. It’s a good size room that easily fits a king bed and has a large built in wardrobe. There is also space for WFH desk in there. Room is $275 pw, 1 week rent in advance & 2 weeks rent for bond👌 We just split bills each month they are usually fine. This is a good fit for someone who wants a quiet space to focus in on work/study and on getting ahead.

Living room/ kitchen are fully furnished so you just need to bring your things for your room really. Location is very close to Eastridge and Kepa Reserve but also super private which is nice. 2 minute walk to Supermarket, 24/7 gym etc. and the Bus stop right out front goes straight into Newmarket/ CBD and less than 10min drive into CBD. There is also off street parking.

A little about me, I work in tech and enjoy tennis, gaming and some guitar (I have headphones so def no noise). I usually head out for socializing and keep it pretty chill and clean at home with no big parties. I’m also often at my gf’s place in CBD a couple of days a week.
