An elevated suntrap with great atmosphere, this three bedroom house will delight anyone living in it. The second room can be perfect for a couple ($350 per week in such a case)

We decided not to furnish the rooms if you want to come with your own furniture but we are happy to furnish it if you prefer to.

Enjoy the birdsong from the many trees surrounding the private deck, and the frequent visits from a great variety of native birds such as Tui, Kereru, fantails, moreporks and many more. Just 1.2km to Waiake beach, and within walking distance of shops, public transport, parks, bush walks and schools, while busy Albany and the motorway are less than 10 minutes drive away. No smoking and No partying. Drinking reasonably is fine.

2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance to be paid before moving in.
