The studio looks out onto an established garden and is kept warm with lots of sun and is double glazed. Enjoy your own modern ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating. Ideal for a young professional or PhD student. Plenty of parking on the street, or alternatively there is a bus stop across the road. The studio contains a kitchenette (a brand new kid kitchenette is currently being installed!) with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, or use the fully equipped main kitchen within the house itself.

🏡 The House: You also have access to the remainder of the house which is super spacious and has a cool retro vibe. The house contains an office and reading nooks so you have the flexibility to create your own work or study environment. With multiple living areas and expansive views over the harbour and ocean, the house is relaxed and peaceful.

📚 Close to Otago University: A pleasant 20 minute walk through the Botanic Gardens will take you to Uni.

⚕️ Proximity to Dunedin Hospital: Dunedin Hospital is 3km away.

🏡 The Flatmates: All chilled, tidy, friendly and considerate.
