One studio room available from February 2024 in Dalmore. The studio looks out onto an established garden and is kept warm with lots of sun, double glazing. Enjoy your own modern ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating. Ideal for a young professional or PhD student. There is free off street parking and you can park right by the studio’s entrance. Alternatively, there is a bus stop across the road. The studio contains a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, or, use the fully equipped main kitchen within the house itself.

🏡 The House: You also have access to the remainder of the house which is super spacious and has a cool retro vibe. The house contains numerous studies, reading nooks and offices so you have the flexibility to create your own work or study environment. With multiple living areas and expansive views over the harbour and ocean, the house is relaxed and peaceful.

📚 Close to Otago University: For those studying or working at Otago Uni, this house offers a prime location. A pleasant 25-minute walk through the Botanic Gardens will take you to the university campus.

🛒 Close to Shops: Enjoy the convenience of having a supermarket and other stores nearby.

⚕️ Proximity to Dunedin Hospital: For those working in the medical field, you’ll appreciate the proximity of Dunedin Hospital being 3km away.

🏡 The Flatmates: If you choose to share the main house, you’ll be sharing with 2 others, both female, one PhD student and one young professional. Both chilled, tidy, friendly and considerate.
