We have a room available in Western Heights on the western side of Hamilton. You would be living with 2 of us and 4 cats (2 inside and 2 outside) so essential that you are animal-friendly. We are not a party house and we enjoy our privacy, although we aren’t unsociable hobbits. We are 40 so would probably suit someone closer to our age, but we will younger flatmates if they are mature.
Living costs are $200 for rent plus expenses (power/internet/) with 4 weeks for bond.
We are looking to fill the vacancy as soon as possible so if this sounds like you, get in touch and we can go from there.
