Sam's room

Our fully furnished house is recently built, dual level with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It is very warm, with double glazing and heat pumps.

Downstairs features open plan living with a large kitchen and generous living and dining zone. Sliding doors open to a deck outside with an outdoor table.

On the upper level is a separate living room and four bedrooms, including two bathrooms - there is a bathroom adjacent to the available room that is for our prospective flatmate’s sole use, and the other is an ensuite to our master bedroom. We have chosen to keep the other two bedrooms on this floor vacant, so the room is quiet and private.

The lower level fifth bedroom is set up as a gym with outdoor access and the third bathroom is also found here.

There is a separate laundry in the internal garage with a washer and dryer.

Situated within walking distance of fantastic local amenities, with plenty of great cafes to choose from, you are also close to Pt Chevalier beach, with Ponsonby, CBD, Grey Lynn, Westmere, Herne Bay, Westfield St Lukes, Western Springs Park and Meola Dog Park all within easy reach.

Buses are very easy to catch to the CBD and are within 300m walking distance.

Married couple living here (female & male) are also the landlords, both in our early 30s and sharing the master bedroom and ensuite. Enjoy playing & watching sport, hanging out with friends and weekends away. Not a party house but love having a casual drink or two with roomies, while respecting our roomies’ private space.
