Looking for someone to take over my room in the lovely Herne Bay!

Our flat is in an ideal location - right between Cox’s Bay and Herne Bay, and super close to everything Ponsonby has to offer. It is also walking distance to some fab food places such as Ozone, Andiamo and Dear Jervois - so perfect for your sunday brunch needs!

The room is a double room - can easily fit beds of any size plus additional bedroom items. It also comes with a tall wardrobe. It has massive windows that let in light and the room gets the afternoon sun, plus some pretty lovely sunsets too. The flat is a villa filled with character and wooden floors / high ceilings so it has a lovely vibe to it.

It is $301.50 a week which includes rent, power, water, new dryer, and internet and is available from the 10th July. Note: photo of the room is from a previous listing and the walls are now a pretty baby blue instead.

No couples or pets unfortunately (but the cat from next door has claimed herself as ours so she’s almost like ours). Please send through a bit about yourself and any questions – we’re looking to hold viewings asap this week

Current flatmates are three yo-pros, all female and in their mid to late twenties. We’re are independent and like to chill out during the week, but also like to get out and about in our weekends. Not a party flat, but having friends over is always fine. Our ideal flatmate would be a female in their mid to late twenties who is working full-time.
