Located in a beautiful area with the beach right on the back door step with private access. Lots of nice walks, bike trails and water sports. Only 15 mins drive to the cbd and a bus stop right outside with regular busses to the city. Room has a private toilet and bathroom which is only yours to use. A lounge with pool table.

I’m a friendly easy going guy who enjoys making the most of living by the beach. I play lots of sports, go to the gym and play music, so am out often as well as stay at partners house. I enjoy chilling peacefully, as well as socializing with some good food and drinks. My 18 year old daughter stays every second week in her own granny flat. We have two small super friendly dogs and a cat. Note: price for couples is $280pw
