We have a lovely large home in St Heliers, 5 minutes walk from the cafes shops and beach. We live in a quiet valley alongside lots of birds and bush and with plenty of sun in our courtyard and front deck. We are looking for a long tern tenant but happy to consider a short term tenant while we are looking. We have a double room for $280 per week .The room is furnished with a double bed and it has a fitted wardrobe. (It can be unfurnished) The house is fully furnished with shared communal areas, a kitchen and dining space, large lounge and outdoor areas/decks. There is lots of space for alone time.
We are 3 ladies , 2 of us in our 60’s and 1 in her 30’s. We would like a another person who is working full time and easy to get along with and like minded.
