Our Beachfront property along Marine Parade is the perfect sanctuary for those who love the beach, surf and relaxing in the sun. Just 100m from Tay Street Cafe and less than 1km to New World it has everything the right person is looking for.
Main tenant is leaving town and existing flatmate looking for the right person to move in and come on to the lease with her.
House is furnished by the departing tenant so someone with furniture is preferred. Departing tenant to provide short term lease of furniture for household to get themselves settled in.

Taryn is a from Canada is working here to obtain her visa. Taryn work as a Pilates Instructor, Actor and professional dancer.
