Sunny, clean, relaxing home has 1 double (unfurnished) room available for a friendly and tidy new flatmate : ) In a safe location tucked away down a long drive in lovely Blockhouse bay, but still close enough to the CBD. New Lynn mall, supermarkets, cafes, motorway and even a beach are all within a 5-7 minute drive! Bus stops are just meters up the road!

About the room The home is fully furnished, you’ll just need the contents of your bedroom and your warm personality. Has all the mod cons, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, dryer, nespresso machine, smart TV 55 inch, Netflix.

The room available is a double room with a wardrobe.

Please note the room is for just one person only and is unfurnished.

Move in costs: $500 - BOND plus 2 weeks rent in advance ($275x2)

Not a party flat/ no drugs/ no couples/ no pets sorry.

Expenses included- power, water, internet and some cleaning products. Expenses may be more if the power or water bill is excessive . If you work from home expenses will be a little more than the advertised rent.

Preferred flatmate

In there mid 20’s -40’s, working professional, friendly, kind, considerate, tidy flatmate who pays the rent on time. Preferably someone who doesnt work from home. Someone who likes to have a little chat in the evenings with the other flatmtates, but does there on thing, as we are all very independent 🙂
