Large double room with ensuite, separate entrance and exclusive off street parking available for viewing after initial meeting from 07 August onwards and occupancy soon after. The room dimensions are 5.06 long X 3.60 wide. It’s located downstairs so you’d have your own floor along with a small outdoor area.

This coastal location 4 bed, 2 bath home is in Island Bay, Beach Haven Auckland to share with one other (professional female). There is a private beach for locals less than 1 minute walk away.

This is not a party house and is a peaceful environment. Sorry no couples. Examples of a perfect flat mate someone looking for a tranquil home to come home to and rest. Or someone who requires a comfortable and quiet environment to live in and complete. No pets or smokers.
