Tom's room

A three bedroom brick house on the sunny side of North East Valley. Rent includes power, high speed internet, and basic household staples (e.g. toilet paper, cleaning products, baking supplies). The backyard features a deck for summer BBQ’s, vege garden, and chicken coop, (hens only, no crowing roosters.) The room is furnished but I can remove any furniture that’s not required. The current flatmate is often busy with work but likes to have a few drinks and a BBQ or potluck on the weekends. This house would suit another young professional or post-grad student.

One 30yo male engineer (The owner). I like to have social drinks/potlucks/BBQ’s when I can. I like gardening and cooking in my spare time, as well as getting out for walks or to the gym.
