A room in a townhouse in Te Atatū Peninsula will be available late September. Rent will be split with professional female. Great location, close to public transport, motorway, supermarket and eateries. Great walks/water views etc. Room comes furnished with a single trundler bed or empty (your preference). House is furnished. There is a toilet downstairs and a toilet/bathroom/laundry upstairs.

The home will be shared with a female working professional in her early 40’s. She is neat, tidy and independent. Interested in health and fitness. Friendly and sociable but also happy to give the tenant space that that’s preferred. Couples welcome!
