Two Rooms available in a 3-bedroom Apartment in Island Bay. The House is a 5-minute stroll to the beach and the Island Bay shops. The 2 available rooms share the bathroom with the Master having an En-suit. This would be perfect for 2 friends who would like to live together.
The flat is fully furnished (except the bedrooms), however there is plenty of room to add your own touch in the shared areas and make it your own home.
Couples are negotiable, and would considering offering the master room in this instance so feel free to reach out.
There is shared turf area in the backyard and the landlord lives above so the property stays well looked after. It is a quiet area but also busy with people coming. So far, we have been super lucky to have had a great mix of people who get along well.
About the roomies
1 existing flatmate. Currently 1 male flat mate in the master room, who travels regularly for work during the week.
