Looking for a flatmate (ideally between 20-25 years of age) to move in till the end of the year (31st of December). It’s a sunny upstairs room located on 809E Great King Street with $155 rent per week plus around $50 for monthly wifi and power. It comes with a built in desk, built in shelves and a desk chair. The flat is a 5 min walk to new world gardens and 10 min walk to campus, and right on fatty lane! There are 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. There is a decently sized kitchen and a communal lounge. You would be living with 4 girls and 1 guy, all studying/working. It also comes with 1 carpark allocated to the flat, first come first serve.

A lovely group of 5 individuals, 4 girls and 1 guy, ages 20-23 . All of them study and one of the girls work full time! They love socialising and doing flat activities and hang outs :))
