Looking for someone who is good with kids, as I have two daughters. I’m 40 and my daughters are 10 and 12. We have a cat called Ava.
Preferably looking for a female, studying or working full time. Must be respectful, clean and tidy, friendly, no pets, non-smoker, and no couples sorry.
Room is $260 per week ($280 including reasonable power and water use/unlimited internet).
