Oakland Avenue

I’m looking for someone to take over part of the lease in a house in Woodhill (Periodic tenancy). There is 1 large bedroom available, house is furnished and includes a small room (currently used as a study), conservatory, downstairs launderette and another small room for storage. Bathroom and toilet are separated, and there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar and large pantry. Patio with decking out back, parking at front. Walking distance to the hospital and a 5 min drive to town. $340 a week inclusive of bills and wifi.

Will be living with myself, a female doctor in my early 30s. I’ve moved from Ireland 2 and a half years ago, but I grew up in the UK. You will also be living with my very independent and loveable cat, Binx. I work part-time at the hospital and with the other half of my time I often do a bit of travelling around Aotearoa. I thoroughly enjoy being single and childless so won’t be accepting applications with kids, sorry!
