My lovely room-mate is moving away so I’m looking for a new crazy cat lady to replace her on our lease. The property has 1 large bedroom available. The house is furnished and includes a small spare room (currently used as a study), conservatory, downstairs launderette and another small room for storage. Bathroom and toilet are separated, and there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar and large pantry. Patio with decking out back, parking at front. Walking distance to the hospital and a 5 min drive to town. $340 a week inclusive of bills and Wifi.

You will be living with myself, a female doctor in my mid 30s. I moved here 5 years ago from Ireland, but I grew up in the UK. There are also my two lovable and independent kitty cats. I work part-time at the hospital and with the other half of my time I often do a bit of travelling around Aotearoa. I thoroughly enjoy being single and childless so won’t be accepting applications with kids, sorry!
