You get your separate bathroom with a shower and a bath and toilet. Shear kitchen with 1 other.
Your rooms and bathroom are at 1 end of the apartment and mine is at the other end for total privacy.
The rooms have a private balcony.
Stunning views of the marina and private waterways where I am. A private 2-minute marina walkway to the restaurants and pub or cafes and park. Hairdresser and others there to enjoy.
The FERRY from here to Auckland CBD is 30 minutes and only a 5-minute walk away.

About the roomies
I work from home and like to go out on my boat berthed here for fresh seafood and to see the stunning views out on the water.
