Stunning views of the marina and private waterways where I am. A private 2-minute marina walkway to the restaurants and pub or cafes and park. Hairdresser and others there to enjoy.

The FERRY from here to Auckland CBD is 30 minutes and only a 5-minute walk away.

I am a Property Manager who works from home and who does go to east Auckland for work as well. I own a boat here with my berth so like to go out fishing for fresh seafood.
