Coral's room

The house is located in a cul de sac, and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it is surrounded by a small garden with fruit trees like louisa plum and feijoas. The house is fully furnished, has heating in every room ( heat pump with ceiling vents ) and equipped with gadgets like a projector for movie nights and a space-age door lock so you can never forget your keys :)

The room: Available from August 26th. Double bedroom furnished or unfurnished depending on who moves next in and with a built-in wardrobe. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate.

Bond = 2 weeks rent Rent = $200 for one person , $250 for a couple per week including bills (Power, unlimited WIFI ).

Location: 10 mins walk to 5-crossroads, 5 mins drive to Countdown or other shopping places 15 mins bike ride to the CBD
